LOYALTY CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The Golfplay Points card is not transferable and is issued to an individual for their sole use.

  • The Golfplay Points card can be used to tap-in to the Golfzon system so that individual scores and statistics can be viewed online or in the Golzon app.

  • By using the Golfplay card you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the The Golfplay loyalty program.

  • Golfplay loyalty members must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Your Golfplay card can be used to earn points at a 5% rate on a member’s proportionate share of all purchases of simulator time, food and beverage purchases.

  • Points cannot be earned on purchases of Gift cards or Golfplay’s Champion discount card

  • To earn or redeem points or benefits under the Golfplay loyalty program you must present your card at the time of the transaction.

  • Your Golfplay points can be redeemed and used to fund a purchase of simulator time, food or beverages.

  • Golfplay members will be offered special deals by Golfplay by email and/or text campaigns. These deals from time to time will have bonus points attached. Members are able to unsubscribe at any time.

  • Members are responsible for advising changes to their preferences and contact details to info@golfplay.ca

  • Points do not expire and can be redeemed for so long as the program exists.

  • To replace a lost or stolen card please notify Golfplay at info@golfplay.ca

  • Golfplay at its sole discretion reserves the right to terminate a Golfplay card if misuse of the card or operating the card in a manner which is deemed as a breach of the Terms and Conditions.

  • A member whose card and account is terminated will forfeit all points in their account.

  • 30 days notice will be provided to Golfplay members should Golfplay or its affiliates decide to terminate the program at any stage. Members will be notified via email and on our website www.golfplay.ca. From the date of such notice until the termination of the program card holders may redeem but not accrue points.

  • Golfplay may deduct from the points balance in a members account, any points credited in error and any points relating to a purchase which is cancelled or reversed or where a refund is given.

  • Golfplay may make changes at any time without prior notice to members to the terms and conditions and the reward schedule. Golfplay will attempt to notify members of any changes but shall not be liable in any way for failure to do so.

  • Golfplay may collect information about members including information contained in the application form and information as to transactions resulting in point’s credits and credits which will be held in the membership database. The membership database contains the member information such as name, email, address, telephone number, date of birth and postal code.
