2024 WINTER LEAGUES

13 week league starting the week of January 15, 2024 and ending April 25, 2024. The first week of play will be a 4-man scramble tournament with gross & net prizes for the top 3 teams of each night! NOTE - There will be no league play the week of January 22nd. Competitive league play will begin the week of the 29th, and continue through to the week of April 25th.

Each group chooses their time to play each week - Two hour tee-time slots are available each day at 4:30; 5:00; 6:30; 7:00; 8:30; 9:00*Note - once you select your day and time, it’s yours for the entire 13 week season.

Kitchener will have Men's leagues on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday nights.

Kitchener will have Ladies league on Tuesday nights.

Waterloo will have Men's leagues on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Waterloo will have Ladies league on Monday nights.

Preference for day and tee time are available on a first-come first-paid basis.

9 Hole Rounds will be played on one of our 200+ courses. We'll play a different course every week!

Individual score format - Players will be put into flights after 2 weeks of individual play - The number of flights will be determined after registration and after the first two week's scores have been recorded.

Each week, prizes will be awarded for: Top Gross Score (Flighted after week two), Top Net Score (Flighted after week two), Closest to the Pin, Longest Putt.

Yearly point totals are established by weekly ranking in the player's designated flight (Flights decided after week two) based on net scoring. Note that all net scores will be calculated using 80% of the League Handicap, adjusted for 9 holes.

Each League Champion will be crowned in each flight after the last week based on their yearly point total. Prizes will be handed out for the winners of each flight!

Registration fee Includes weekly green fees, weekly and year-end prizes and end-of-season food on final night. On league nights, players will only be responsible for their food and beverage purchases and optional $5.00 (cash) for gross skins.
Registration Fees:
Per Player - $395 + HST = $446.35
Per Foursome: $1,580 plus HST = $1,785.40
Please note that registration is by foursome, and full payment of league fee for your group is required. Individuals, twosomes and threesomes can email info@golfplay.ca and we will do our best to pair you up with others.
